Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Leonida Navigator account and the personal information associated with it at any time. You do not need to be signed in or have the app installed to make this request.

How to request deletion

Email us from your account address

Send an email from the email address you use to sign in to the app:

To: admin@bluerockets.co.za
Subject: Delete my account

We use the sending address to verify the request belongs to you. If you signed in with Google, use that Google account’s email.

We action deletion requests within 30 days and will email you to confirm once it is complete.

What gets deleted

When we delete your account, we remove the personal information tied to it, including:

Your account and sign-in details (email address, display name);
The map spots you contributed, and any photos you uploaded;
Your tips, forum threads and replies, ratings, and reports;
Your saved checklist progress and contribution reputation;
Any device notification token stored for you.

What may be retained

We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it or to prevent fraud and abuse. Anonymous, aggregated data that can no longer identify you (for example, overall usage statistics) is not deleted. Copies in routine backups are cleared on our normal backup cycle.
